How to Book

    Book online. Choose your ad length, package, and go-live date.

    Confirm and pay. We’ll send you a booking summary to review. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your placement is reserved.

    Submit your creative. Send us your ad creative at least 5 business days before your go-live date. We'll confirm specs, review content, and get you scheduled.

  • 4

    You're on screen. Your ad goes live across the Bluebridge Ferry network.

How does onboard advertising work?
Your ad plays as part of Bluebridge's onboard content programme, appearing in rotation across 30+ screens in lounges, cafés, and bars throughout each 3.5-hour sailing.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at $2,970/month for a 15-second ad. We also offer 3-month packages with a 10% discount. All pricing excludes GST. See the full rate card above for details.
What ad lengths are available?
 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 60 seconds. Custom durations over 60 seconds are available on application.
What format does my ad need to be in?
MP4 (H.264 codec), 3840x2160 for landscape or 2160x3840 for portrait, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, 60fps, max 250MB. Audio is not available on onboard screens so all creative should be visually led. Full specs are on our How It Works page.
Do I need to provide both landscape and portrait versions?
Yes. The network includes screens in both orientations, so we need both versions to ensure your ad displays correctly across all screens.
How far in advance do I need to submit my creative?
At least 5 business days before your go-live date. This gives us time to review specs, confirm content, and get you scheduled.
Can my ad be rejected?
Bluebridge and Eyemagnet Media reserve the right to review all advertising content. Ads must align with brand values and passenger experience standards. If content is declined, we'll let you know and give you the opportunity to submit revised creative.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes. Campaign reporting is provided at the end of each booking period and includes confirmation of ad delivery and estimated audience reach.
I don't have a video ad — can you create one for me?
We don't offer creative production, but we're happy to point you in the right direction. Your ad just needs to meet our specs and we'll handle the rest.
How do I get started?
Book your ad online and we'll send you a booking summary to review. Once payment's received, submit your creative and you're on screen.
